Terms agreement seem to be a really solid strategy for small to medium clients
They can be a useful tool to make sure that there's a perfectly clear understanding between you and your client as to what the project consists of
Terms agreement = 'the same as a contract that maybe is written slightly easier to read language which just sets out the parameters of a project. Whereas contracts can be very intimidating documents and by their very nature are often obfuscating'
